Unable to support another animal, a small town dogcatcher attempts to find a home for a neglected dog. Exhausting the help of friends, family and the R.S.P.C.A, she is forced to confront the nature of her work and her character in deciding what will ultimately become of her new friend.

Night. The city. A young, slightly drunk couple aged around 19 struggles out of a large puddle of water. A group of thugs are fighting on the street. The film is the result of a years' observational camera work from a window of an apartment block in central Lodz (Poland).
